We work with a midlands based logistics company who have distribution locations through the UK and drivers based in all corners of the United Kingdom. When the business joined us we set up and configured all of the drivers mobiles to suit the businesses needs including loading on applications that they would require for their role. We then shipped these directly to the drivers to ensure that they had them in a timely manner. We then confirm that all the divers devices have security policies in place to ensure that they are encrypted behind complex passwords and can not be used to download or access content that they should not be accessing for their job. When devices have become lost or stolen we have then remotely locked and traced those devices to attempt recovery and when that was not an option we have shipped like for like replacement devices pre-configured and ready to use.

When you join TotalCare Mobile with One2Call we handle everything from ordering to setup and deployment of devices. We will ensure that you have the Business Mobile SIMs for your devices to suit your business needs, port numbers where required, we will ensure that the devices are suitable for the role of the users and order these for you, set them up when they arrive and either deploy them to your business or directly to your users.
